Ashton Consulting, Japan’s No.1 M&A corporate communications firm and leader in Japan-related crisis communications, today announced its sale to Hakuhodo.

The acquisition of Ashton will strengthen Hakuhodo’s strategic corporate communications, M&A communications and crisis communications, and will provide Ashton with an ideal partner for the further development of its business with Japanese and global clients.

"We have very much appreciated the advice and support we have received from SI Partners during this project, they have been of great help to us in finding and handling other advisors as well as details of negotiations. SI Partners’ efficiency in getting stuff done during the ups and downs of the process while also keeping a sense of proportion (and a sense of humour) have helped us to keep the business going well, while getting the deal done. We would recommend SI Partners to any company who is looking at entering into any transaction. Thank you to the SI Partners team".
John Sunley | Chief Executive, Ashton
