Alistair advises creative and technology businesses on growth and commercial improvement, advising clients on a local, regional and global basis. Our Asia-Pacific clients span the entire region, from Beijing to Shanghai, Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh City, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta and Sydney.
Recently, Alistair advised the shareholders of ARBA on the sale to Ogilvy (Hong Kong), Principle One on the sale to Tico Digital (Hong Kong / China), Ying Communications on the sale to Finn Partners (Singapore / US), Red Bridge Communications on the sale to WE Communications (China) and the merger of Resonance and Skye to form China’s largest independent social media agency.
Prior to co-founding SI Partners, Alistair built and sold companies in the digital, direct selling and manufacturing sectors. This entrepreneurship followed General Management roles for Inchcape Plc in the Middle East and Asia.
A chemist by training, Alistair also holds an MBA from Manchester Business School, conducted in part at Università Bocconi in Milan.
