SI Partners specialises in mergers and acquisitions, strategic growth advisory, business transformation, commercial improvement, and leadership development. The consultancy practice works with digital disruption start-ups, large global independents and the leading digital, creative and tech firms, as well as acquirers seeking to expand their global creative and technology capabilities.

The announcement comes on the back of a flurry of deal activity for the firm. SI Partners reports completing 11 transactions so far this year, recent transactions reported include: Elvis’s sale to Next 15, 101’s sale to MullenLowe, Market Gravity’s sale to Deloitte and the merger of China social media heavyweights Resonance and Skye, among others.

The appointment of these three new partners will add additional strength and breadth to the leadership team, drawing on the deep industry experience of each to guide clients in building and realising equity value.

Meadows joined the firm in 2016 having previously held a number of senior executive and board positions at Aviva, where he was Marketing Director, Aviva GI UK, CEO Aviva Life Singapore, Hong Kong and Middle East, and latterly Group Product and Channel Strategy Director.  Tsui joined the firm in 2013 from creative network, IRIS, to grow the firm’s Asia operations.
