SI Partners advises UK based integrated digital agency Elvis on sale to Next 15

Elvis Communications, a UK based integrated digital agency with a focus on consumer brands has been acquired by digital communications group Next 15.

Tanya Brookfield who has been CEO of Elvis since 2013 will become chief executive, and will continue to be supported by the existing leadership team at Elvis, who will all take roles as managing partners. Clients include global brands such as, Cadbury, Honda, Stella Artois, Budweiser, Corona and Kenco.

Previously majority-owned by PE company Mill Road Capital, Elvis now joins Next 15’s portfolio of 18 agencies, which includes B2B agency, Velocity, also advised by SI Partners.
