SI Partners advises Work Group on Sale to Leading Employer Branding Agency Capita

On 31^st December Work Group plc completed a sale of trading assets to Capita.  SI Partners represented Work Group in the transaction.

This trade and assets deal will see Work Group’s operations in UK, Hong Kong and US join Capita Resourcing.  Capita say the deal will bolster recent acquisition of ThirtyThree and add to their capability to create the UK’s leading employer branding agency.
