Karen Zhu

Based in SI Partners’ Hong Kong hub, Karen works on both transaction and consulting projects for APAC marcoms clients, with a particular focus on the Greater China region.

Karen has experience on both pre and post deal engagements, covering deal strategy, due diligence, merger integration planning, employee communication and change management. 

Prior to joining SI partners, Karen spent four years in the PwC Hong Kong deal advisory team. She started her career in-house with a Hong Kong based asset management company, mainly focused on strategic mergers and acquisition, assets management and structured finance.

Karen holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
